The question was really how much and how quickly could he make them. There are many who claim that materials and machinery went to Syria during the lead up, and if you remember, Israel nearly 2 years ago blew up a nuclear site in the Eastern desert that the UN is now investigating and wondering out loud why there is so much radiation in the soil in the area.
